There isn’t a LesserEvil snack that I don’t like! Popcorn is their main product and with over eight flavors, there is something for everyone to enjoy on a boat day. Butter and Fiery Hot are my favorite flavors.
I appreciate that the ingredients are organic and use coconut oil instead of seed oils.

2. Simple Mills
Simple Mills has been a staple in my pantry for years. They have so many great grain-free and refined sugar-free snack options.

3. ALOHA Protein Bars
Protein bars are one of the best snacks for boating because they will keep you full without having to eat a large quantity of food.
I am not vegan but ALOHA’s plant-based bars are delicious and made with clean ingredients. They are chewy, perfectly sweetened with monk fruit, and aren’t dry. ALOHA bars come in several different flavors. I enjoy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Coconut Chocolate Almond, and Chocolate Mint the most.

I have been a fan of Chomp’s for years because they are grass-fed, gluten-free, have no sugar added, taste great, and come in many flavors.

6. Siete Grain Free Cookies

I do not enjoy seaweed but I have a lot of friends who do so I wanted to include Gimme’s Roasted Seaweed on this list!

Primal Kitchen doesn’t sell snacks but they do have a small line of dips that you could pair with chips from other brands. Their Ranch and Buffalo Ranch are still thick and creamy but much healthier than regular ranch dips without sacrificing the taste.

9. EPIC Pork Rinds
Another one of the best healthy boat snacks is pork rinds! They are very high in protein and low in carbs and the crunch you get from them is so satisfying.
I prefer the EPIC brand because their pork is raised without antibiotics and most flavors have 0 grams of sugar. Flavors include Salt & Vinegar, BBQ, Hot & Spicy, Salt & Pepper, Sea Salt, and Maple Bacon.

Forewarning, these Crispy Coconut Rolls by Tropical Fields are very addicting so you might want to bring more than one bag with you on the boat. If you have yet to try plantain chips this is your sign to do so! I have only tried the Barnana brand so I don’t have much to compare to but what I love is how crispy they are without being hard. Pasta salad is a fresh, savory, and filling option that can be made with many common pantry items.
3. Trail Mix
Trail mix is a perfect healthy boating snack because it can be customized with your favorite granola, dried fruit, nuts, and chocolate. Just don’t leave it to melt in the sun!
4. Hard Boiled Eggs
An easy item to prep the day before your boat day. You can buy a hard-boiled egg cooker from Amazon to make the process more convenient.
